'Teen Weddings,' 'Thrift Wars' vie for timeslot

Oxygen is adding two reality skeins to its development slate.

“Teen Weddings” will examine the ups and downs young couples endure on the way to the altar. Show will be exec produced by Lisa Levenson, Simon Lloyd and Joe Houlihan.
