Noll new chief creative officer at Ardaban

Exec looks to mine formats that will sell worldwide

Dave Noll has been tabbed as the chief creative officer for Shine America’s label Ardaban.

Exec, who will be based in Gotham, is the creator and exec producer of Food Network’s reality series “Chopped. He will oversee creative affairs and format devleopment for Ardaban, the Shine shingle that creates and develops new formats for the U.S. and global marketplace.

“Dave has been and always will be a student of television. His knowledge and expertise in the global formats arena are unparalleled by anyone I’ve ever worked with,” said CEO Chachi Senior.

Added Noll: “Our goal is to create for the global market. They will be big, family entertainment — the type of show where we can make 30 versions of it around the world.”

Noll joins Ardaban from IAC’s TV production entity Notional, where he most recently served as the company’s president.
