Neal to guide E! marketing

Exec tapped for exec VP gig

Jen Neal has been tapped as E!’s exec VP of marketing. She will report to topper, Suzanne Kolb.

Neal joins the company after serving as a consultant earlier in the year, aiding in E!’s image overhaul that includes a new logo, campaign and tagline, “Pop of Culture,” set to debut next month. In her new post, Neal will oversee all elements of the brand’s marketing, including advertising, promos and media strategies.

“This is a defining time for E! and Jen has proven to be the perfect leader to oversee our global brand refresh,” Kolb said.

Previously, Neal was chief marketing officer for BBDO North America, and ran the New York office of Omnicom’s media services company, PHD, where she handled client relations with brands such as Discovery Networks, HBO, BBC and the Travel Channel.
