Keshet talking shop INTV bows in Nov.

LONDON — An international TV talking shop is being launched by Israel’s Keshet Media Group in Jerusalem, Nov. 11-12.

INTV speakers include WME’s co-CEO Ari Emanuel, Keshet CEO Avi Nir, ITV director of digital channels Angela Jain, BBC Sport head of major events Dave Gordon, ITV director of comedy and entertainment Elaine Bedell, WB Entertainment U.K. prexy Josh Berger, Filmlance Intl. managing director Lars Blomgren and Stephen Lambert, CEO of Studio Lambert.

Event will be held at the JVP Media Quarter and aims to address the changes affecting the international TV biz.

Keshet Media Group CEO Avi Nir said, “We hope that INTV will provide a platform for creators, media executives and colleagues to showcase global innovation and creativity in television.

“With Israel and indeed Keshet now eminent players in the global formats market, we hope to provide a stage for the present and future architects of international television to convene.”

Keshet is responsible for the original version of Showtime’s spy drama “Homeland,” known in Israel as “Hatufim.” HBO picked up an Israeli format for “In Treatment,” which ran for three seasons.
