“Chronicle” star Ashley Hinshaw has joined the cast of Courteney Cox’s Lifetime telepic “Talhotblond,” in addition to booking a guest spot on the HBO series “Enlightened.”
Based on Barbara Schroeder’s 2009 documentary, the Trent Haaga-scripted “Talhotblonde” follows a married, blue-collar father who finds himself caught up in the fantasy of his online romance with a beautiful teenager (Hinshaw) who goes by the alias Talhotblond. With his fantasies spinning out of control and spilling into his real life, he tries to keep his addiction from threatening his marriage.
The Lifetime pic stars Garret Dillahunt (“Raising Hope”) as well as Laura San Giacomo (“Just Shoot Me”).
In “Enlightened,” Hinshaw will play Danielle, a flirtatious friend that Levi (Luke Wilson) meets in rehab.
Hinshaw will soon be seen starring as a porn star opposite James Franco in IFC Films’ drama “Cherry,” and she also appears in Lionsgate’s Miley Cyrus-Demi Moore pic “LOL.”
Hinshaw is repped by ICM, Liebman Entertainment and attorney Joe Dapello.
