Hallmark Channel movie set to air in fall
Jessalyn Gilsig and Patricia Richardson have been added to Hallmark Channel’s original telepic “Smart Cookies.”
Written by Kelli Pryor, Neal Dobrofsky and Tippi Dobrofsky, the film looks at a perfectionist real estate agent (Gilsig) who is forced to volunteer at a chaotic Girls Scout troupe.
“Smart Cookies” is shooting in Vancouver and will air in the fall. Exec producers are Jack Grossbart, Linda Kent and Harvey Kahn.
Gilsig, who had roles in “Nip Tuck” and “Friday Night Lights,” more recently starred for two seasons on Fox dramedy “Glee.” Richardson is best known for playing Tim Allen’s wife on the longtime ABC hit “Home Improvement.”
