'Hotel Hell' joins two returning skeins

Fox is serving up a three-course meal from Gordon Ramsay this summer.

The celebrity chef has a trio of series launching on the network within days of each other, including newbie “Hotel Hell.”

“Hell’s Kitchen,” which is expanding to two nights a week going into its 10th season, will air Mondays at 9 p.m. and Tuesdays at 8 p.m. “Masterchef” will join “Kitchen” on Tuesdays at 9 p.m.

A new Ramsay vehicle, “Hotel Hell,” will be the lead-in to Monday’s “Kitchen.”

“Kitchen” and “Masterchef” premiere back to back on May 29, while “Hell,” bows June 4.

Also returning this summer to Fox is unscripted series “So You Think You Can Dance,” which will cut back to one night per week for its ninth season.

“Dance” premieres Thursday 8-10 p.m. on May 24, the night after the “American Idol” finale, before moving to its regular two-hour berth on Wednesday the following week.

Fox has yet to schedule Thursday and Friday in primetime for the summer.
