Fox flips for more ‘Burgers’

Net renews animated comedy for fourth season

Fox is ordering up another serving of “Bob’s Burgers,” greenlighting a fourth season of 22 episodes.

The toon laffer has outperformed last year’s deliveries in the early going this fall and ranks second in its Sunday time period among adult men and male teens. Skein centers on a man running a burger joint with his wife and kids and has established itself as part of Fox’s animation pack that includes long-standing series “The Simpsons” and “Family Guy.”

“Bob’s Burgers” airs Sundays at 8:30. Series comes from 20th Century Fox TV and was created by Loren Bouchard. Bouchard and Jim Dauterive exec produce and pen “Bob’s Burgers.”
