‘Fashion Police’ expands to hour

E!'s style show gets more time starting March 9

E! is expanding its weekly “Fashion Police” series to an hour.

Move becomes effective as of March 9. Show, which has been a half-hour since its September 2010 inception, is a solid performer for the cabler, averaging nearly a million viewers per week.

“Fashion Police” reached all-time highs in several demos and total viewers in the 2011 fourth quarter.

Hosts are Joan Rivers, Kelly Osbourne, Giuliana Rancic and George Kotsiopoulos. Series is produced inhouse by Comcast Entertainment Studios and is exec produced by Jay James, Gary Snegaroff, Lisa Bacon and Melissa Rivers.
