Comedy Central has given a second season to “The Burn With Jeff Ross.”
Six episodes have been ordered, with the series set to return Jan. 8.
Prior to having his own series, Ross had long been a Comedy Central staple with his appearances on net’s roasts.
The six-episode first season, where Ross both riffed on stage and spoke with comedians on a variety of subjects, launched in August and drew 1 million viewers per episode when live-plus-7 data is included, according to Nielsen.
Series is exec produced by Ross, Mike Gibbons, Chris McGuire and Tagline Television’s Willie Mercer and Amy Zvi.
