Agent will shift to cabler as senior VP, series development

FX has brought over ICM Partners agent Nicole Clemens as senior VP of series development.

Clemens, who was a partner and head of the motion picture lit department at ICM, is the agent of “Sons of Anarchy” creator Kurt Sutter. “Sons” is FX’s most-watched show.

She will work with exec VP of original series Nick Grad and Eric Schrier, head of series development and exec VP of FX Prods.

In a joint statement, Grad and Schrier said: “We feel very fortunate that Nicole has decided to make FX her home for the next chapter in her professional journey. We can’t wait for Nicole to bring her excellent taste and expertise to FX as we continue to grow our original programming brand.”

Clemens’ other ICM clients included Neil LaBute, Jason Winer and Angela Robinson. She joined the agency in 1997.

“The last 15 years I have spent as an agent in the ICM family have been incredibly meaningful to me, and it was important to me to have been part of the team that returned ownership to the agency,” Clemens said. “I’m honored to be joining such a phenomenal team at FX.”

FX is set to premiere the new Charlie Sheen comedy “Anger Management” on Thursday, the new latenight talkshow “Brand X With Russell Brand” and the third season of critically applauded laffer “Louie,” starring Louis C.K.
