CBS summertime staple “Big Brother” has been renewed for a 15th season.
Move is no surprise as the venerable reality skein still attracts solid viewership in a season that has shed significant auds over the past few years. The current season, which ends tonight with a 90-minute special, is averaging 6.7 million viewers and 2.5 million in the 18-49 demo. Since its debut in 2000, the competish skein has consistently attracted young demos. The 15th season of “Big Brother” will bow on Eye in summer 2013.
