Conglom taps 16-year vet for top post

Cameron Blanchard has been tapped to lead corporate communications for NBCUniversal, the conglom announced Thursday.

A 16-year veteran of the conglom, she will oversee development and execution of the media relations strategy and chief spokesperson across all divisions of the company.

Reporting to Adam Miller, executive VP of NBCUniversal, Blanchard replaces Kathy Kelly-Brown who shifted to a new post overseeing communications for NBCUniversal News Group.

Blanchard previously served as head of communications for NBCUniversal’s Entertainment & Digital Networks and Integrated Media division. She assumed that post last year after six years overseeing communications for Bravo Media.
