TV literary agent named VP at agency

APA television literary agent Lindsay Howard has been promoted to VP.

Lee Dinstman, head of Television Literary at APA, made the announcement. Howard joined APA in 2003 and was promoted to agent in 2005.

Clients include Michael Karnow (Syfy’s “Alphas”); writer-director-producer Sean McNamara (“Soul Surfer”); Vijal Patel, who serves as supervising producer on ABC’s “The Middle”; exec producer Ted Mann (“The Hatfields & the McCoys”); and actress-comedian-writer-producer Sarah Colonna, whose upcoming book “Life as I Blow It” recently sold to NBC for development as a single-camera comedy series.
