John Ferriter’s Octagon Entertainment has beefed up its exec ranks with the addition of Gersh alum Andy Cohen and producer-lawyer David Stanley.
Cohen joins as veep of the company that operates a talent management wing and packages TV, film and radio projects for clients. Stanley will run Octagon’s production operations. Cohen logged nearly 15 years at ICM, focusing on actors and comics, before seguing two years ago to Gersh.
Stanley in recent years has worked for showbiz law firms Greenberg Glusker and Weissmann Wolff. Before that he was a partner in Stone Stanley Prods., the shingle behind such reality skeins as ABC’s “The Mole,” Comedy Central’s “The Man Show” and the syndie gameshow “Shop Til You Drop.”
