ABC Family has cast Jean-Luc Bilodeau and Melissa Peterman in “Baby Daddy,” the multicam comedy greenlit by the cabler last month.
Chelsea Kane, Tahj Mowry and Derek Theler had already been confirmed for “Daddy,” in which Bilodeau (“Kyle XY”) will play a twentysomething man who is suddenly left to raise a baby girl. Peterman will play his mother, Theler his brother and Mowry and Kane his friends.
Dan Berendsen (“The Nine Lives of Chloe King
”) is exec producing the laffer, which goes into production this spring with a summer premiere targeted.
