A&E orders fourth season of ‘The Glades’

Fox TV Studios scripted series will return in 2013

A&E will bring viewers back to Florida with a fourth season of scripted drama series “The Glades.”

Season three averaged 4.1 million total viewers per preem episode. Matt Passmore starrer “Glades” and fellow scripted skein “Longmire” made A&E the top ad-supported cabler on Sunday nights this summer in total viewers.

Fourth season of “The Glades” will bow in 2013, along with season two of Western “Longmire” and the debut of “Bates Motel,” a prequel to Alfred Hitchcock’s “Psycho,” from “Lost” exec producer Carlton Cuse. Vera Farmiga co-stars in the role of Norma Bates.

“The Glades” is produced by Fox TV Studios. Clifton Campbell created the series and exec produces for Innuendo Prods. Gary Randall exec produces for Grand Prods.
