Marie Moore has been upped to senior veep of public relations at IFC. She had worked as company’s veep, building PR campaigns for the net’s scripted comedies such as “Portlandia.”

Oxygen Media has tapped Harleen Kahlon as senior veep of digital. Kahlon previously served as exec veep of business strategy, marketing and content strategy for Bundle Corp.

Sundance Channel has named Raymond Dooley veep of consumer marketing and Evan Fleischer VP of integrated marketing and branded entertainment. Dooley comes from Viacom Media Networks where he was senior director of marketing for Nickelodeon, Nick at Nite, and Teen Nick. Fleischer spent time as senior partner at MEC Entertainment and as veep of marketing and promotions for IFC.

Diego Tamayo has joined Telemundo as VP of on-air promotions. Tamayo was most recently the director of the promotion department for Univision’s Telefutura network.

Fleishman-Hillard Intl. Communications has named Emilie Nicks Cotter as senior veep and global co-chair of the firm’s entertainment team. Cotter, who will split her time between the agency’s Los Angeles and San Diego locations, was most recently director of corporate and brand communication with Lucasfilm.

RCR Pictures has named Carolyn Harris veep of television. Harris previously worked at WME as a lit agent, packaging properties for broadcast and cable.

Andrew Carlin has been promoted to head of theatrical sales at Music Box Films. Carlin was the company’s exhibitor relations manager.

Ryan St. Peters has been promoted to director of sales at Canuck production company Shaftesbury Films. St. Peters had been manager of sales.
