Acquisition drives diversification

LONDON — Brit entertainment agency Premier PR is expanding into production services after acquiring post-production, creative and digital media company Dubbs-Eyeframe.

The London-based agency, which also has offices in L.A., has also acquired design and animation house Liquid Television. Financial details for the deals were not revealed.

Acquisitions mean that the agency, which has been rebranded Premier, will house state-of-the art graphics, editing and sound studios, junket rooms, post facilities and content management capability.

These services will run in tandem to Premier’s communications biz for a client base that ranges from international film studios, broadcasters, indies, arts, culture and sports sectors.

“Through this expansion and diversification, we can offer clients customized packages for their content and projects, or selected areas of expertise,” said Premier chairman John Reiss. “We have a hugely talented and enthusiastic team and many clients with whom we have worked for two decades as well as a substantial new business flow.”
