Francis had been an agent at ICM since 2008.
He now joins UTA’s Branding, Licensing and Endorsements division, headed by UTA partner Lisa Jacobson, to work with brands and talent in music, film, TV, fashion and sports.

At ICM, Francis brokered licensing deals around TV show “Dancing With the Stars” and for Joe Jeans.
Before joining the tenpercentary, Francis served as director of entertainment integration for the International Speedway Corp, owner of the Auto Club California Speedway racetrack, where he was responsible for NASCAR and track sponsors, including AAA, Pepsi and Chevrolet.
He also connected NASCAR with Rihanna, Kelly Clarkson, Stevie Wonder, Melissa Etheridge, ZZ Top and Sammy Hagar through talent deals.
Francis began his career as an agent for six years at Wilhelmina Artist Management, landing sponsorship deals for such clients as Usher, Martina McBride, Jimmy Johnson, and Tim McGraw, and endorsement deals for Beyonce, Jessica Simpson and Brandy.
