Weiner’s ‘You Are Here’ adds Gretsch

Star of 'The 4400' joins feature starring Owen Wilson

“Mad Men” creator Matthew Weiner has cast “The 4400” star Joel Gretsch in his feature film “You Are Here,” which starts production this month in North Carolina.

Owen Wilson and Zach Galifianakis star as childhood best friends who go on a road trip after Galifianakis’ character inherits significant coin following the death of his estranged father.

Amy Poehler co-stars as Galifianakis’ sister, while Gretsch will play the strong supporting role of her caring husband, who must deal with her raging hormones.

Weiner wrote the pic, which Gilbert Films is producing; Lionsgate is handling international sales. Gary Gilbert and Jordan Horowitz will produce with Weiner and Scott Hornbacher.

Gretsch starred on USA’s “The 4400” and ABC’s sci-fi series “V.” His past feature credits include “The Legend of Bagger Vance,” “Minority Report” and “National Treasure: Book of Secrets.” Thesp is repped by APA and Mosaic.
