‘Waverly Place’ star Sulkin joins ‘Panda Eyes’

Jonathan Rhys Myers, Rhys Ifans also star

Wizards of Waverly Place” star Gregg Sulkin will join Jonathan Rhys Myers and Rhys Ifans in writer-director Isabel Coixet’s “Panda Eyes,” which is being produced by Fox International.

Story follows a teenage girl (Sophie Turner, “Game of Thrones”) who believes she’s being pursued by her own double.

Sulkin will play Turner’s love interest.

Thesp, who is currently recurring on ABC Family’s “Pretty Little Liars,” recently wrapped a new “Wizards of Waverly Place” TV movie in which he plays the love interest of Selena Gomez. He also has a trio of indie pics under his belt, including “White Frog” with Booboo Stewart, “Camilla Dickinson” with Adelaide Clemens and “Affluenza” with Nicola Peltz.

Sulkin is repped by UTA, Danielle Del at D2 Management and attorney Greg Slewett.
