Stallone earns CinemaCon achievement award

Kudo presented Thursday in Caesars Palace ceremony

Sylvester Stallone will receive CinemaCon’s career achievement award.

He will be presented with the kudo at the CinemaCon awards ceremony Thursday in The Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

Stallone can next be seen in Liongate’s “The Expendables 2” with Liam Hemsworth, Scott Adkins, Chuck Norris, Jean Claude Van Dame, Yu Nan, Bruce Willis, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jason Statham, Jet Li, Terry Crews, Dolph Lundgren and Randy Couture.

CinemaCon noted that Stallone is the only actor to open a movie in first at the box office in five different decades. He is presently filming a starring role in “The Tomb.”
