‘Spider-Man’ traps $75 mil in three days

Pic on track for $120 mil - $130 mil for first six days

Entering its debut weekend, “The Amazing Spider-Man” has cumed $75 million in three days domestically headed toward a potential $120 million-$130 million six-day tally.

“Spider-Man” collected $15.8 million on Thursday, down 32% from the pic’s $23.4 million Fourth of July gross.

The film should see a considerable uptick today, followed by a steady Saturday perf, thanks to all-audience interest for the pic. The current projected heights for “Spider-Man” would put it at the high end of comparable franchise reboots, though it’ll trail 2007’s Fourth of July entry “Transformers,” which earned $155 million in its first six days.

“Spider-Man” started its Stateside run on Tuesday with a record-setting $35.9 million gross, including $7.5 million from midnights.
