Paramount mentoring program saluted

Fulfillment Fund fetes Moore

Generations of showbizzers have started their careers on the Paramount lot. These days the studio is opening its gates to help students find their professional paths through Par’s Kindergarten to Cap and Gown program.

The mentoring initiative pairs studio staffers with students at all grade levels with the emphasis on helping kids discover their natural talents. High school kids visit the campus every other Tuesday.

In recognition of Par’s program, studio vice chairman Rob Moore will be feted by the Fulfillment Fund, an education-oriented nonprofit, at its Stars 2012 fundraiser, set for Oct. 24 at the BevHilton.
