Norman Aladjem to exit Paradigm

Agent becomes prexy of Levity Entertainment Group

Norman Aladjem is exiting Paradigm to become prexy of Levity Entertainment Group.

Aladjem had been with Paradigm for the past eight years. Before that he was CEO of Writers and Artists Agency, which Paradigm bought in 2004.

”The opportunity to help guide a cutting-edge company involved in content creation and distribution across multiple platforms of traditional and digital media was simply too exciting a challenge for me to ignore,” Aladjem wrote in a memo to Paradigm staffers. ”In my new position I will get to flex very different muscles than one does as an agent.”

Levity is a management and production shingle with a strong emphasis on comedy.

At Paradigm, Aladjem’s clients included Julie Bowen, Larry Engvall, Katherine Heigl, Peter Facinelli and Reginald Hudlin.
