Momentum likes ‘Good People’

Shingle nabs U.K. rights to Corin Hardy scarer

Momentum Pictures has acquired U.K. rights to Corin Hardy’s “The Good People.”

Altitude Film Sales made the announcement at AFM.

“The Good People” is co-written by Hardy with Olga Barreneche, and produced by Joe Neurauter and Felipe Marino of Occupant Entertainment who previously produced “The Wackness” and “All the Boys Love Mandy Lane.”

ICM and Occupant Entertainment are handling US sales.

“The Good People” follows the story of a molecular geneticist who moves with his family to a millhouse in the Irish countryside. But what seems a rural idyll soon becomes a terrifying fight for survival when the couple comes under attack from horrifying and demonic creatures.
