Moloney, Kane to topline ‘Stay Then Go’

Janel Moloney and Matt Kane will topline Ah Light’s indie drama “Stay Then Go,” directed by Shelli Ainsworth from her own script and based on her experiences as a mother of a child with autism.

Producers are Christine Walker and Geoff Sass with Stephanie Dillon exec producing. Lensing begins in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area on Aug. 27.

“Stay Then Go” centers on a woman whose life takes a series of surprising turns as she adapts to her son’s disability.

Moloney’s credits include “The West Wing” and the films “Desperate Measures,” “Bang Bang You’re Dead” and “‘Til There Was You.” Kane will be seen in Studiocanal’s “The Dinosaur Project” and starred in the BBC series “The Cut.”

Walker’s producing credits include “Thin Ice,” “Howl,” “Life During Wartime,” “Older than America” and “Factotum.”
