Mirchoff draws ‘Poker Night’

Thesp to star in Wingman indie thriller

Beau Mirchoff (“Awkward”) has been dealt in for indie thriller “Poker Night.”

Ron Perlman, Delroy Lindo and Ron Eldard also star in the Wingman Productions project, with filming under way in Victoria, British Columbia.

Mirchoff plays a newly-promoted detective who learns from a Greek chorus of wiser, older detectives gathered for their ritual night of poker when a killer pulls the young cop and his mentors into a web of mutual deceit.

Mirchoff was also a series regular on “Desperate Housewives” and has a recurring role on “Heartland.” Film credits include “The Grudge 3.” The Secrete Lives of Dorks” and “I Am Number 4” and recently landed the lead role in the independent feature “Born to Race 2.”Mirchoff is repped by APA, Vital Management Group and Ginsberg Daniels.
