Look who’s talking

'Prometheus' bows at London's Leicester Square

The crew of “Prometheus” landed Thursday evening, disembarking in London’s Leicester Square for Fox’s primary Earth bow.

Talent was in forceful attendance with Noomi Rapace, Michael Fassbender, Charlize Theron and Guy Pearce all there to support helmer Ridley Scott; in addition, non-pic talent Tom Hardy, Salma Hayek and Minnie Driver came along for the sci-fi ride.

Their presence contradicted Scott’s theory that actors dislike him. “I’m fundamentally a designer at heart. Actors tend to be irritated by me because I don’t really talk to them. I’m more interested in sets and things like that,” he proclaimed.

Fox’s Tom Rothman introduced Scott and pic, quipping of the latter, “Here after a mere 33 years in development!”

A small group of elite guests remained grounded post pic, celebrating at an exclusive reception held at Oxford Circus’ Aqua.
