Aubeck Kam to join communications ministry

BEIJING — Singapore’s Media Development Authority has appointed Koh Lin-Net as chief executive from Nov. 1, replacing Aubeck Kam, who will become permanent secretary in the city-state’s new Ministry of Communications and Information.
