Lacy to head ICM’s int’l, indie department

5-year vet replaces the departing Hal Sadoff

Jessica Lacy has been tapped to replace Hal Sadoff as head of ICM’s international and independent film department.

Lacy has been with ICM since 2007 and will now be in charge of leading the group and structuring and arranging financing, packaging and securing distribution for independent films.

“Jessica has grown tremendously in her role, and she is the ideal choice to lead and build this division, as we look to deepen our relationships in the creative and financial sectors and bring the best opportunities to our clients,” stated ICM President Chris Silbermann.

Lacy’s promotion and Sadoff’s exit come as the tenpercentary undergoes a transfer of ownership to its core partner agents. More promotions and exits are expected in the coming months.
