Gellman rises at Morris Yorn

Attorney added to the firm's masthead

Entertainment law firm Morris Yorn Barnes Levine Krintzman Rubenstein & Kohner has added attorney Gregg Gellman to the firm’s masthead.

Gellman started his career in litigation, then worked at HBO, negotiating the original deals for “Curb Your Enthusiasm” before working for the firm Nelson, Felker, Levine and Dern.

Gellman joined Morris Yorn in 2004. His clients include Eddie Izzard and Seth Grahame-Smith; TV creators and showrunners Loren Bouchard (“Bob’s Burgers”), Adam Reed (“Archer”), Leila Gerstein (“Hart of Dixie”) and Marlene King (“Pretty Little Liars”); TV director and executive producer Jeffrey Reiner (“Friday Night Lights”); reality production company 5×5 Media (“Fashion Star”); improv group Second City; and the team of Craig Zadan and Neil Meron, producers of the 2013 Academy Awards.

Gellman has also brokered many of the first partnerships for original content with streaming companies such as Hulu, Netflix and Amazon.
