Focus Features has moved phone-sex comedy “For a Good Time, Call…” forward two weeks to Aug. 31 for a limited release.
“Call,” directed by Jamie Travis, world preemed at the Sundance Film Festival. Script by Lauren Anne Miller and Katie Anne Naylon centers on a pair of past enemies forced to share a New York City apartment. Cast includes Ari Graynor, Miller, James Wolk, Nia Vardalos, Mark Webber and Justin Long. A trio of titles open wide on Aug. 31: the Weinstein Co.’s thriller “Lawless,” Lionsgate’s horror entry “The Possession” and Lleju’s comedy “Baytown Disco.”
