CBS Films picks up ‘Wife’

Film unit nabs rights to John O'Farrell's novel

CBS Films has picked up feature rights to John O’Farrell’s novel “The Man Who Forgot His Wife.”

Story centers on a man with amnesia who discovers that he’s married with children and is in the process of divorcing his wife. He can’t remember why their marriage failed and falls in love with her all over again — but there are many obstacles as he tries to get back his life and memory.

Maria Faillace and Alex Ginno will oversee the project for CBS Films.

Farrell’s also written “The Best a Man Can Get,” “This Is Your Life” and “May Contain Nuts” along with history books “An Utterly Impartial History of Britain” and “An Utterly Exasperated History of Modern Britain.”
