Black brightens ‘Bernie’ bash

MacLaine kept out of the limelight at preem

The April 18 preem of Millennium’s “Bernie” found Shirley MacLaine keeping her distance from pods of starstruck guests at the Arclight.

“I don’t feel like talking — unless it’s about the movie,” she said.

“I’m not even drinking this,” he said, staring into the well of his wineglass. That said, “The glass makes me look more distinguished, don’t you think?” he asked, juggling the wine, a spring roll and napkin.
