After taking on a bad dad, the “That’s My Boy” team of Sean Anders and John Morris are ready to take on terrible mothers as the duo looks to pen the New Line movie “Mean Moms.”

Offspring and “Mean Girls” producer Jill Messick are producing.

Movie is based on the book by Rosalind Wiseman, who also wrote “Mean Girls,”and follows a happily married mother of two who moves from small town America to the high class suburbs and is faced with confronting the cutthroat world of competitive parenting.

Though it is not a spin off or sequel to “Mean Girls,” despite similar themes.

New Line is hoping to see similar results to the Paramount pic, which saw “Mean Girls” gross more than $120 million at the worldwide B.O.

As for Anders and Morris, the Mosaic repped writing duo have become a go-to team for comedy fare. The duo wrote New Line’s “We’re the Millers” and “Dumb and Dumber To.”
