Amaury Nolasco set role in ‘In the Blood’

He'll play Dominican mobster in crime thriller that John Stockwell will helm

After breaking out of prison, “Prison Break” thesp Amaury Nolasco is looking to stay on the wrong side of the law, having joined the cast of the crime thriller “In the Blood,” starring Diego Boneta and Gina Carano.

John Stockwell is onboard to helm, with Ray Mansfield, Shaun Redick and Cash Warren producing.

Story follows a woman whose husband goes missing during their Caribbean vacation and her drive to take down the men she thinks are responsible. Nolasco will play a kingpin of the Dominican mob.

Production is currently under way in Puerto Rico.

Nolasco was also recently added to the cast of Fox’s “A Good Day to Die Hard.”

He is repped by Gersh and Mosaic.
