LONDON — Newcomers Viv Albertine and Liam Gillick are set to star in U.K. helmer Joanna Hogg’s third feature, it was announced Friday.
The untitled London-set project written and helmed by Hogg also features her regular collaborator Tom Hiddleston in a supporting role. Hiddleston made his feature debut in Hogg’s debut feature “Unrelated” and starred in her sophomore feature “Archipelago.”
The new project marks the feature debuts of Albertine, a U.K. singer-songwriter, and Gillick, a U.K. conceptual artist.
Produced by Gayle Griffiths for Wild Horses Film Company the film is presented by the British Film Institute, BBC Films and Rooks Nest Entertainment. Artificial Eye is set as U.K. distrib.
Lensing is underway and set to run for six weeks in West London and the surrounding area.
