Amy Adams is adding more producing to her credits, as the thesp will team with Maven Pictures’ Trudie Styler and Celine Rattray to produce “Object of Beauty” with Adams also set to star.
Pic is based on the novel by Steve Martin and follows a clever young art entrepreneur who climbs from gallery assistant to gallery owner.
“This project continues Maven’s mission of making films that highlight strong female characters and talent,” Styler and Rattray said in a statement.
She’s also currently producing “The 10 Best Days of My Life” with Shawn Levy.
Adams remains busy on the acting side, recently wrapping production on Warner Bros. “Man of Steel.” She’s expected to shoot WB’s “Trouble With the Curve” next month starring Clint Eastwood, which is set to bow on Sept. 28.
She can also be seen in Paul Thomas Anderson’s “The Master,” set to bow later this year.
