Pic has its market premiere at Cannes this week
Phase 4 Films has acquired North American rights to writer-director Nate Meyer’s romance “See Girl Run.”
The film stars Robin Tunney and Adam Scott. Jesse Sweet, Derrick Tseng and Meyer produced the project, with David Gordon Green and Lisa Muskat executive producing.
“See Girl Run” made its world premiere earlier this year at SXSW and is having its market premiere this week in Cannes.
Phase 4 will release the film day-and-date in theatres and on VOD later this year. Story centers on a woman in her 30s who disregards her current obligations and digs into her romantic past in hopes of invigorating her present.
Deal was negotiated by Phase 4’s Larry Greenberg and Katharyn Howe with Ryan Kampe at Visit Films on behalf of the filmmakers.
