Cannes red carpet glam

Big attractions hit the film festival

CANNES — The glam quotient at Cannes moved up a notch last week with the fest’s biggest attraction, Brad Pitt sans Angelina Jolie, unspooling the Weinstein Co.’s “Killing Them Softly” on May 22.

The following day, Kristen Stewart unveiled more about herself in the beatnik-themed “On the Road” than she ever has in any of the “Twilight” pics.

And Bill Clinton and Prince Albert II of Monaco were definitely the major attractions at the May 23 Nights of Monaco gala, which raised $750,000 for their respective foundations.

Billy Zane played master of ceremonies at the Hotel de Paris, and attendees from the nearby Cannes Film Festival included Diane Kruger, Joshua Jackson, Hofit Golan and Rose McGowan.
