Submissions are being welcomed for the sixth annual Television Academy Honors.

Programming that aired this year through October must be entered by Dec. 14. Programming from the remainder of the year must be submitted Jan. 14.

Entries from fiction/nonfiction
series can submitted as a whole, for a single episode or for a story arc
up to three episodes. Entries also may be made for television movie, miniseries
or fiction/nonfiction special.

Entry forms can be found here.

Next year’s honorees will be revealed March 11. Honorees for the Sixth Annual Television Academy
Honors will be announced on March 11, 2013.

Here’s my report from this year’s ceremony, which honored Lifetime’s “Five,” NBC’s “Harry’s Law,” HBO’s “Hot
Coffee,” the syndicated “Dr. Oz Show,” TNT’s “Men of a Certain Age,”
FX’s “Rescue Me,” and PBS’ “Women, War & Peace.”
