Truli Media Group goes public after merger

Move follows union of Christian media outfit and S.A. Recovery

Truli Media Group, Inc., owner and operator of Christian media and social community hub Truli.net, transitioned last month into a publicly traded entity.

The move comes on the heels of a merger by Truli Inc. and Truli Media Group, LLC with S.A. Recovery, which resulted in the name change to Truli Media Group Inc. Truli was founded by former Warner Bros. Intl. Television prexy Michael Jay Solomon.

After a year and a half of planning, Truli.net launched this July. The online platform aims to provide the public with a library of media including sermons, music, books, movies and other material collected from around the world.

“All of our globally aggregated content is provided to Truli.net for free. We monetize that content through multiple revenue streams including advertising, e-commerce such as books, music, movies, educational materials and games, sponsorship, pay per view events and more — none of which we actually inventory physically,” Solomon said.
