Warner Bros., McG shingle plan more for online series
Warner Bros. and McG’s Wonderland Sound and Vision have set a second season of the online series “Aim High,” starring Jackson Rathbone (“Twilight”), with Ari Sandel directing. Lance Sloane and Mary Viola are serving as producers.“Aim High” launched last October as the first of Warner’s Web shows on Facebook, where an individual’s photos and friends can be integrated into scenes. Shooting will commence later this month in Los Angeles. The announcement came from Warner Premiere, Warner Bros. Digital Distribution, Dolphin Digital and Wonderland Sound and Vision. Rathbone will return as Nick Green, who serves as one of 64 highly trained teenage government operatives. Sandel, who won an Oscar for his live-action short film “West Bank Story,” is directing from a script by Daniel Mackey. Sandel and McG are represented by WME. Rathbone is represented by Paradigm and Cutler Management. Mackey is repped by Brooklyn Weaver at Energy Entertainment.
