NBCU taps Mitchell for digital role

Exec to strengthen int'l online presence

LONDON — NBCUniversal International Television has named Bruce Mitchell as vice president, digital for its channels’ division.

Based in London, Mitchell will focus on strengthening the online presence of NBCUniversal’s pay TV webs around the world.

He will work with the company’s digital teams in local territories.

The appointment is effective immediately.

Mitchell will report to Lee Raftery, exec VP, international marketing, NBCUniversal.
