Lebow to head Oscilloscope digital sales

Sladek to oversee all ancillary and homevid efforts

Oscilloscope Laboratories is beefing up its digital footprint by tapping Amanda Lebow to take charge of its digital and ancillary sales. Tom Sladek, Oscilloscope’s head of home entertainment, will oversee all ancillary and homevid efforts.

Prior to joining Oscilloscope, Lebow worked for Submarine Entertainment and was involved with the sale of more than 100 films, including Sundance titles “Buck,” “Project Nim” and “Winter’s Bone.” Sladek, meanwhile, joined Oscilloscope in January 2010 from ATO Records. He will continue to maintain his role as homevid head.

“We couldn’t be happier to have our old friend Tom step it up and to welcome Amanda to the family,” said Oscilloscope toppers Dan Berger and David Laub. “We’re excited to strategize with both of them to continue to grow this already robust department.”

Sladek already has moved into his new role; Lebow starts mid-November.

Oscilloscope currently has three titles in theaters — “Wuthering Heights,” “Hello I Must Be Going” and “Samsara,” which became the distributor’s highest-grossing release with north of $2 million. The company will release drama “28 Hotel Rooms” Nov. 9. The film already is available on VOD.
