Sealing the deals Gordon Ramsay has with Fox is no small effort: The brash British chef has four programs with the net, and Kole recently renegotiated all of them. She’s also made producing deals for Michael De Luca on “Captain Phillips” and “50 Shades of Grey,” among other projects. But it’s her expansion into the digital space that has lately been garnering her the most notice; she structured the deal for YouTube channel WIGS, run by Jon Avnet and Rodrigo Garcia and which delivers premium scripted content monthly for women (actors including Jennifer Garner and Alfred Molina have made appearances on some of the shows). “It’s an interesting space to be in, because it feels like this is a new frontier,” she says. “We’re spending time inventing business models and figuring out what makes sense — not following what’s been done before.”

Outside the office: Teaches an entertainment dealmaking class at USC’s law school, and watches “copious amounts of television,” especially “Mad Men.”

Top cause: New Leaders for New Schools, which work trains young people to become principals in failing schools.
