A specialist on debt transactions on both sides of the table, Griffith recently championed the borrower by repping Hemisphere Capital on its $200 million JP Morgan-led senior debt facility, which provided co-financing for “Smurfs,” “Men in Black 3″ and “World War Z.” Griffith led and managed Media Rights Capital on its $350 million JP Morgan facility financing projects, including “Elysium,” “Ted” and the first original series TV series commissioned by Netflix, “House of Cards.” The “House of Cards” financing issues were “somewhat unique, given that all episodes from the first season will be available for streaming simultaneously on Netflix and will also be distributed by Sony in all other territories.” says Griffith. She also recently repped various financiers in $400 million worth of project loans for films including “Looper” and “Pitch Perfect.”
