OK, so Lamar Odom married a kooky reality star and now appears with her in their own goofy E! show, which premieres Sunday.
Apparently, he's not the only Los Angeles Laker dicking around when he should be focusing on basketball.
Kobe Bryant has been busy doing commercials and what-not, but hey, he's Kobe; he gets away with being Mr. Hollywood, if only because Shaq was so bad at it.
But now comes word that center Pau Gasol is making a cameo appearance on Monday's "highly anticipated, surprise-filled and 2-hour grand finale" of Univision's "Eva Luna," which follows guards Derek Fisher and Shannon Brown playing for charity on the silly NBC gameshow "Minute to Win It."
And — ta-da! — a three-game losing streak heading into the playoffs, squandering any chance of stealing away the best regular-season record and thus home-court advantage if they meet the Spurs. On the plus side, that probably means there's less chance of another championship, dorks driving around with Laker banners hanging out their windows and the requisite burning of cars around the Staples Center.
Way to keep your on the ball, guys!
